I finished my w9r3 !!! I didn't believe I could do and it was a great emotion! Thank you to everyone for your presence!
My next goal is running 5km. I am still slow but I am happy!
I don't want to stop. My mood is better and I Lost some weight... So... I want to celebrate!

Fantastic, Paola100 . Huge congratulations on your achievement. You thoroughly deserve to celebrate!
Don't rush into increasing your speed or your distance immediately. It's important to settle into a routine of running 3 times a week if possible, and both increas d distance and pace will come as your fitness improves.
