I supprised myself, i was able to walk a little faster and run a little faster, but i still was carful to be sure when running i could stilll hold a conversation, if i wanted.
Still doing a 10 min warm up not the 5 minutes. and a 10 min cool down.
on the home treated myself to a nicer salad at the local cafe with an apple juice.. Fingers crossed i manage next week, i looked ahead and am a bit nervous about it.

Well done π This has all prepared you well for the next run.. start it slowly & then put the oomph in at the end but still at conversational pace. Each run adds a wee bit more but the previous run has prepared you..take them one at a time! π₯°
Sounds like you're approaching the program with the right technique and the right attitude. It gets even better! Looking ahead is scary but you will continually amaze yourself as you work your way through the weeks.
PS speed is overrated, hardly anyone actually runs 5k when they do the final run, just enjoy the process
