My eyes nearly popped out when I saw 20 mins! It was the best feeling afterwards. I took it slow, tried to look around and think about other things. I really couldn't believe it when I even had a little 1 min faster run at the end. 56 years old and have never run in my life😃😃 For anyone who felt like me at the beginning, YOU CAN DO THIS👍👍👍

Absolutely fantastic! It’s such a great feeling isn’t it. And nice & slow is the way I run!! I follow the Japanese slow jogging technique & just love it. I find a groove & just plod along. And it’s very low impact so I don’t feel I’m doing anything to my old knees! This is such an amazing journey & I’m 6 months from graduation & feel great! m.youtube.com/watch?v=9L2b2...

Well done, it is all in the head isn’t it. I hid from it for 4 days but eventually did it. I actually found w6r1 easier, w6r2 on Monday, and I haven’t had a look yet.
