Can’t believe I’m actually getting there! I’ve run every other day since starting but was away this weekend so missed Fridays run. Was so worried that I’d struggle having missed a run but it was fine!

Don’t worry! Lots of people take 2/3 days in between runs (sometimes longer when life gets in the way!) you don’t lose what you’ve done. Happy running 🏃♀️🏃♀️🏃♀️

You really need the rest days as the runs get longer I find, don’t worry!
