Well done to you on getting to week 5 of C25K, regarding run 3 of week 5 the program has prepared you for it, take it slow and steady, once you have completed it you will be very proud of yourself, good luck.
I’d say keep going just follow your coach and don’t time watch I’m just of on run 1 week 7 I cannot believe I can now run 25 mins good luck

Just do it. Don't think about it. It can be done lots of us have done it. I got really nervous about setting off this a.m. but once I was going it was OK. Now time for shower and relax. 😀
