That’s week 5 done and dusted ,I can’t believe I’ve just jogged for 20 mins non stop .it wasn’t fast but I did it on wards to week 6

Congratulations to you Dogface on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃🏾 😊

Well done you ! The speed doesn't matter, it's the fact you did it. The next 2 runs are a bit easier, give you chance to recover... bet you feel great though , huh!?

Yes struggled for the first 5 mins but got better after that and fairly strong finish

The other way round for me, ok to start, but got slower... I've 25 mins day after tomorrow, but hey... did 20, what's another 5 lol

Lol me too but after the first 5 mins it was ok and got stronger at the end ,and believe me I’m not built to be a runner
