Had a migraine earlier in week so got a bit behind on Couch25k and wasn’t sure if I was going to run today but glad I did.
Week 8 going better, week 7 found first 5 minutes really hard but it’s getting better this week as I’ve got it in my head I can keep going the full time.
Treated myself to new running pants with a pocket that will actually hold my phone. Looking forward to getting to my local park run next week. 🙃
