Felt good to be back out running today! I’m following the same route as I did the first time I did the program which has a slight hill in it and although I hate that part of the route it still felt good doing a little run up it. I’m already looking forward to the next run on Thursday

Glad to hear that you are underway.
Trust your body’s ability to progress and strengthen in line with the programme, (whilst allowing/not beating yourself up for for any repetition or personalised tweaks that you need) .
