Week 6 Run 2 done

As a 50 year old smoker, with metal pins attaching my leg to my hip, I'm so happy to have got this run under my belt. I saw a lot's of posts on here about the difficulty of the runs in weeks 5 and 6. Really went for it today, on both 10 minute runs, and feel glad I did. Definitely looking forward to doing some longer runs over the next few weeks.

This C25K thing is brilliant. Hip-op don't stop :)
