Did the 2nd run of week 6 early on this afternoon.

Thats the last of the intervals done.

Now the hard work starts.

Goodness me well done! You’ve done ace! I had a 2 weeks break owing to holidays so you’ve zoomed in ahead! Great work, can’t wait to get there myself. You may miss the interval runs so I’ll savour these a while longer haha!

Well done! I honestly found Week 6, Runs 1 and 2 harder than the 25 mins of solid running in Week 6 Run 3, even though the idea of it seemed daunting. Good luck and let us know how you get on. I'm doing Week 7 this week so no more intervals for me and so far, so good...

Snap! I'm at exactly the same stage as you. Found the last 2 runs tougher than the 20 minute solid one. Weird! Roll on the biggies 🤣

Hi Daznvern, you're at the same stage as me. I found the 25 mins a bit tough, but think it's a case of mind over matter. I asked for some advice and I slowed the pace a bit and loads of water the day before and after and, much to my surprise, I did it! I even had a little cry when Laura told me I was a runner :)

Go for it, you can do it!

Thank you.

Can you believe it? About a month ago we were struggling to run a minute😁. You're flying 🏃‍♂️

I did the same run yesterday too! Looking forward to the longer runs now too, especially as I've found a couple of new routes along a canal near my house! Got the race for life beginning of July so feel I've got a few weeks to get to 5k, even if I'm still slow! Best of luck for tomorrow! We'll all smash it I'm sure! X

I did this one today & Im feeling good. Didn’t think I would be anyway near to running for 25 minutes on next run! This program has been brilliantly put together & I’m just loving Jo Whiley. Such a good motivator & not patronising. This morning she said look at the fields or think of something nice. I was running amongst the lambs
