Happy C25K graduate 🙂 Dodged the rain and completed last run of programme. Have treated myself to a jazzy pair of running leggings! Time for a couple of weeks of consolidation then will see if I can work up to 5K. Running 4.5 km in the 30 minutes at the moment.

Brilliant! I've just graduated too but for the second time. I first graduated last September and then went to" sleep" until the following March, finding that I'd lost it all! Like you, I'm now looking to consolidate this time instead of leaving the treadmill to gather dust. Apparently there's a new Graduates' Club on this site so see you there!
