HiAlMorr, it is also the name of my narrowboat that I live on. I named it after a boat in a book called The Little Grey Men by BB. I love the history of the name!😊😊

Good idea Re Park Run. Completed my first one yesterday and enjoyed it despite rain. Key thing for me was to start slow as C25K seemed to prepare me well but I got caught up in initial rush and then struggled in latter stages. Back next week though. Hope you enjoy yours

We are indeed being visited by storm Callum! It was a bit blowy but 2 weeks ago i was running at Hunstanton which was quite 'bracing'😀
