I’m on week 8 on my couch to 5k and feeling positive abt next week when I complete it and actually do a 5k with a pb . It has been a great help to keep being motivated

And remember that 5km is not the target of the programme (even though it's in the name) and less than half of those who complete Couch To 5K actually do that distance.
Running for 30 minutes is the only target, regardless of what distance you do.

(PS. I just squeaked a 5km in my graduation run, but also gave myself a double sprain on one ankle, and had to restart from scratch a month later after physio treatment. Three years later, I can reliably do 5km in 27 minutes, with a PB of 25½ mins.)
