Had a great run this morning and took on/defeated a hill that defeated me in week 3, so feeling extra pleased. I found the 5 minute and 20 minute marks tough, but I've found mucking about with my playlist and choosing a new song whilst still running is enough to banish the gremlins and keep me going. Ran 25 minutes without stopping - if you had told me ten weeks ago that I would run for 25 minutes in one go I never would have believed it.
