Third time lucky, hopefully. Got to Week 6 in October, Week 3 in January, but got very down, massive anxiety and stopped. I NEED to do this though, not just for my physical health but for my mental health and self-esteem. Buttercup kid is my hero - she did it, and never gave up and I can too! W1R2 tomorrow.....

You will do it Pickles1234, I agree with you regarding BCK. I have named the route on which I ran most of C25K on near my home "The ButtercupKid 5K trail"

Sounds like you're determined to get this done somehow. I hear your call with the anxiety and depression. It has helped me massively with mine by doing this, I'm better able to cope without medication. I also do yoga with meditation focusing on the breath. This has helped to teach me how to control my breathing in stressful situations, it could be something for you to research? There are guided meditations online that can be done at home. Good luck with your next run Pickles1234 xx
