Well, part 2 saw me beat my Garmin into submission, job done........and then I came down with a very Nasty Bug after taking my wife for an appointment at the hospital. The bug turned me inside out for 5 days so running was suspended. To rub salt into the wound my Garmin kept telling that I could run 45, 58 , 30 mins it was having a laugh. This morning I woke feeling pretty washed out as this is the 8th day of this saga. I switch on the Tv youtube and selected a run in Barcelona. I ran slowly on the spot soaking in the sight of Barcelonas wide tree line roads and yes just for a while I was there. ........Then my body switched in and said its gota be the medication, sit down before you fall down. .😁😎

That's a really good idea, I might do that when I'm on a treadmill run! Thank you!

Maybe resting and just watching a video of a Barcelona run would have been easier... Take it steady and recover well.
