Keeping Going (part 2)

As I mentioned in a previous post that my Garmin 245 had locked into 25 min suggested runs cycle. This started since I was 76. I was told to maybe ignore it as the sofware may have problem with more senior runners.I decided to have one more try at getting the Garmin into working order again. So I did an one hour run about 8.6k and 3 days later it suggesting a 45 min run. So at last I have brocken out of the 25 min loop and am no longer doing a Ground Hog Day Run.

Well done hamit! Let’s hope the Garmin behaves itself from now on! And well done on the longer runs, that must feel good!

How’s your singing voice if the guitar playing isn’t sufficient reprimand for recalcitrant Garmin?!

But seriously, impressed? I certainly am. !!! Fabulous
