I just had to post that after week 6 run 1 starting off not so great…what a different experience I had with week 6 run 3. Every run really is different and some are better than others. This plan really does work if you stick to it (but also I like the fact that if you ever feel you need to repeat a run/week you can do that too). I like how we can tailor it to our individual lives. I’m an opera singer and it’s helped so much with my breathing. Plus I feel great in myself. Thanks C25K for giving me a new lease of life! 😃🏃♀️🥳

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 6 of C25K, you are now OFFICIALLY a RUNNER, by the way I ran that run exactly 5 years ago to the day, onwards and upwards to week 7 which are all 3 /25 minute runs.
