and just haven’t managed a run this week - I hope a few days off don’t undermine all the work before - I’ll only get one run in this week not 3…

Hope my body doesn’t reject week 7 run 1 … let’s see

A few days off won’t make any difference to your fitness at all. Sometimes some extra rest days actually make the next run even better. There’s no reason to think you won’t have a great run. Take it extra steady, especially at the start. Good luck!

If your not sure about week 7 run 1You could always repeat week 6 run 3 🤔😉

Sorry, couldn't resist !

But as MissUnderstanding has said, a few days off won't put you back and can sometimes help !

I also find that I can’t manage 3 runs a week because of work so my ‘weeks’ are more like 10 days and it hasn’t been a problem. I just make sure I get at least one during the weekend and I work out a bit on the side to keep warm. Good luck with your runs!
