Well done! I've just started week 6 this morning and didn't tell anyone outside of immediate family until the end of week 5. (I kind of regret that as everyone will know now! 😂 But I have been ill for so long and they were so thrilled for me, that it was probably good to do so.) I didn't want the pressure of "failing". But even in starting, you have succeeded. Really well done.
