...and i'm feeling great!
I was going to wait until 1st Jan to do it but I was sat with time to kill, thinking about doing it and feeling worried and I just thought "What am I waiting for?! I'll go and do it now". I feel so pleased with myself, I am no longer worrying or thinking of reasons not to start! I am very happy
I may not be so happy in the morning when my ankles/knees are sore! I'm off to stretch!
