Great to have you back! Did you see anyone about your knee issues before? Hopefully they won’t bother you this time.
Give yourself the best chance of staying injury free by keeping your rest days between runs and making sure you’re also doing some strength and flex work. You know what you’re doing-slow and steady! I had my run yesterday. Was good but..ended up with rear back right buttock pain.
I suppose it’s because I haven’t done much for the past 2 years.
I did stretch before and after. I will rest today and see how I feel tomorrow. It’s weird because I cycle every day but when I do hard contact like running something happens.
