Oh my week 3 run 1 achieved

I’m just back from run 3:1. It’s tough, but I managed to do it.

WOW. I’m definitely a running 🐌.

It felt much cooler today, thank goodness, which made a huge difference not as stifling when its a scorcher. Also, there was a gentle breeze in my face this helped a lot, though still glowing a lot and perspiring a great deal.

Today was a longer run at 3 minutes / 3min brisk walk, which focused on running and breathing techniques. MJ’s reminder not to run with “face looking at my feet”, but out at the views, (that’s when I saw a bright pink jacket hanging from a very high branch on a tree). I started to wonder how on earth did it get up that branch? Then I heard my half way bell - so I did tried not to look at my feet the rest of the run or bob up and down🙂. Good tips from MJ which made me smile a lot, I’m going to be a graceful runner with the technique of an Olympian.😇

Looking forward to the next 2 runs. I am enjoying it so far.
