thank you so much for all your comments on my previous post about how tough run 1 of week 6 was, I completed run 2 of week 6 this morning and it felt mega - I watched the slow jogging video yesterday - and got into a lovely rhythm, so much so that in my 2nd 10 min run I ran for 20 mins! Your support was amazing thank you. Looking forward to run 3 🤞🏻

I would not be tempted to run beyond the program timings though ,
It's so easy to pick up an injury at this stage !
