Well I went out this morning in the pouring rain to do the 1st run of week 6. It was definitely easier with Laura and the music playing, I should have downloaded the podcasts sooner! I was worried about the wet leaves, but that was fine, however I still got the headache again. I managed to keep going as it eased after the walk, but I wish it would stop. Hey ho another run ticked off.

U r welcome, we have been there and still remember all the highs and lows! Keep ticking off the runs,myou can see the finish line now but keep looking after your legs, rest them and spoil them
