Thank you!

Well after 3 months I completed the final run of week 9 on Thursday, running just over 4.5K (in a very hilly park!) I just wanted to say thank you as I really struggled around week 6 and came on here for some very useful advice. I honestly didn't think I was going to be able to do it. And a massive thank you to my partner too...running with her kept me going. We're going to miss Michael!!! :-)

Congratulations! You two have a good celebration of this achievement and MJ can always be hit up for a 30 minute run when you feel the need!

Congratulations! Hills too! Far braver than I was at the end of C25k 🙂

Well done, and congratulations on your epic achievement! 👏🎉🏃‍♀️🏃😀🍾🥂

I miss MJ too. I might run a nostalgic W9 run one of these days! 😀

Congratulations. You’ve done really well. We should start a “Missing Michael” fan-club.

Ha-definitely! Maybe he should do his own running app :-)

Ah thanks so much-that’s a really useful read! It was your FAQ article that helped me in the first place. My local 5k park run is really tough ( lots of hills! Any advice?) but I’d like to build up to doing that 😊

Just do it, even if you have to walk some of it, and you will set a pb for that course, which gives you something to whittle away at in the future. Having those targets becomes motivation to keep running
