Wow I have to thank you all for all of your comments on this site. I’d planned my W2R1 last night but really couldn’t be bothered and so didn’t go and felt a failure last night and today. During today I kept on reading your inspirational posts, had a horrible headache all day but when I got home from work I gave myself a pep talk and made myself complete the run. So glad I did, really enjoyed it and feel so much better about myself. The positive posts really helped 🏃🏼♀️thank you thank you thank you.

I think this programme is as much of a mental challenge as a physical one. Making yourself get on and do a run when you don’t feel like it is an achievement in itself. 👏🏻 Keep going!
