Week 1 run 1

2 of us got ready, 2 of us ran, 2 of us came home happy. Back to the park where I started my running adventure all those years ago

My neighbours first run, and it's around my 4 year Runniversary 😄

Best pace I've had in a while too considering every minute we had a walk break.
