Happy reading and happy running! Slow and steady you go!
Well done for taking the first step in your journey. Take it slowly, when you think you are going slowly then slow down some more as you progress. May your journey be happy and fulfilling π
Well done. I hope you are proud of yourself. Its important to have rest days between runs. Eben if you feel you don't need them
Welcome to the forum and well done on getting started.

Be prepared for your life to change in ways that you cannot even imagine..........all good though.
Enjoy your journey.
Welcome and good job completing run 1... itβs a difficult one to pace. Donβt be afraid of slowing down
Good luck with future running - you've accomplished the hardest part: getting off the couch! Happy times are ahead!
Go to a running shop that checks your gait and buy a good pair of running shoes. Once on start very slowly and do the time, distance comes later. Enjoy and do as the app (Laura) says.
Agree with tasha99. The key is slow - Slow - SLOW. Good luck
Listen to these dudes on here! They know what theyβre talking about and their advice and support really helps. Good luck buddy! Every run is one closer to Runner. Iβm just a few weeks ahead of you and I cant tell you how great it feels : )
Glad you have started the course.I thought it was an impossible task but continued and ran my first park run on my 83rd birthday. My best wishes and good luck. I will follow your efforts and look forward to your successful conclusion.
