Well done for taking the first step in your journey. Take it slowly, when you think you are going slowly then slow down some more as you progress. May your journey be happy and fulfilling 😀

Well done. I hope you are proud of yourself. Its important to have rest days between runs. Eben if you feel you don't need them

Welcome and good job completing run 1... it’s a difficult one to pace. Don’t be afraid of slowing down

Good luck with future running - you've accomplished the hardest part: getting off the couch! Happy times are ahead!

Go to a running shop that checks your gait and buy a good pair of running shoes. Once on start very slowly and do the time, distance comes later. Enjoy and do as the app (Laura) says.
