Completed my W1 run 3 today as part of Parkrun Fareham, not sure at first if that was going to be the best thing to do as never had done one before? But wow what an experience! really friendly social event with walkers, joggers and runners at all levels participating and did who offer really encouragement and support no matter your standard. Something I know I will continue doing in the future to help with my C25K.
