I’ve completed W1 without too much heartache which is really encouraging. I’m finding there’s always one section of the run where I just want to stop but it’s helpful to think “it’s only 60sec, just keep going then you get a break”. I did two runs outside, one unexpectedly with the boyfriend and the other around my local park. What a great way for me to explore my local area which I’ve never had the confidence to do before! I’ve found both very different so I think I’ll keep mixing it up to keep life interesting.
I haven’t looked to see what W2 has in stall for me but I’m going to be on holiday for 2 of the runs so I feel if I can get my butt in gear on holiday, I can truly conquer this 5K 💪
Fingers crossed the prosecco doesn’t slow me down! 🏃♀️💨🥂
