Hello, I’m new here and am just about to complete Wk5 run 3 - outside if the weather’s fit; inside on the treadmill if it’s not!

Id love to be able to hit the magic 5k in about 35 mins but got a lot of work to do before then.

The breathing is the hard part 🥵🏃‍♀️

Well done on your progress!Week 5 run 3 is one of the most enjoyable runs in the programme!

Just keep it slow and enjoy it 🙂

And don't worry about 5k it's irrelevant .

If breathing is a problem then the chances are you are probably pushing too hard .

Slow it down to a pace where you could hold a conversation if someone was running alongside you.

Anything more than that really is too fast .

Enjoy the run !
