Hello, everyone. I've been lurking around the forum for a few weeks, while slowly & steadily plodding through the programme & somehow today I've ended up completing W8R2. If anyone had told me eight weeks ago (as I gasped through my first run, concentrating really hard on not dying) that I'd be running non-stop for 28 minutes & thinking 'yeah, I've totally got another couple of minutes in me' I would have laughed, if I'd been able to.
How. Amazing. To anyone else who's just started, or is thinking about it: hand on heart, if I can do it, anybody can. And the wealth of information & support here is wonderful. Onwards

I am just behind you due to start w8 this week. I know exactly what you mean, I never thought would get to this stage and be running for 20+minutes at a time without collapsing in a heap. C25k is fab🙂
Thanks, everybody. Ullyrunner, the way the schedule is going it looks like I'll be setting off on my graduation run when on holiday in France, so the celebrations may* include cheese & wine... *will definitely
