Yaaay - I did this yesterday evening and I'd forgotten how long that felt on a treadmill without the distraction of worrying about times and run/intervals - I need to get back to daydreaming again.

The shuffle gods had given their best already this week for w5r2 so the music I got was adequate, but it's was still my music so it was ok.

All in all, I'll take the win and move on to week 6 tomorrow. Onwards & upwards

Congratulations to you backintime on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, do remember to take the first two runs of week 6 especially slowly as they are back to interval walks and runs. 👍
