I decided not to work myself up about this one. I put my trainers on and headed down to the river before I had the opportunity to persuade myself I couldn't do it. My boyfriend has been following my progress, so he was aware this was a big one for me. Yesterday he presented me with a mix tape he'd made, including lots of my favourite feel good classics. I lost steam around the 10 minute mark and then the song changed and I felt like a 2nd wind pushed me through. I've accepted it's okay to look a little bonkers. I found myself cheering myself on and shouting 'keep going' over the music. Good luck to every one completing week 5. Hope you can all find some motivating music. Happy Wednesday 🏃♀️

I cheer myself on and shouting 'keep going' too but only in my head - wouldn't want people thinking I'm strange

Well done for doing the scariest run!
I've found myself saying "oh my God" when I've come to a hill, quite a few times. One day someone will hear me,,,,
Music makes such a difference - amazing how it can keep you going!
