A. Umber of years ago 10k was my regular run. Oh how easy it is to get so unfit over lockdown and working from home -sedated time! It is hard and long to gain fitness and energy but it takes nothing to loose fitness!!!

week 4 feeling stronger and more able it’s been incredible to set achievable goals big thanks to #couchto5k
