20 minutes non-stop running 😂😂😂

Gorgeous morning, bright and sunny but quite cold. Had to turn around and add a small extra loop 3 minutes from the end due to the bloody level crossing being down, but apart from that a fairly uneventful run.

Breathing felt good, and the extra stretching beforehand did the trick, my legs didn’t feel so heavy at the start (might be just in my head though 😂)

Week 6 up next, back to intervals on Tuesday and Thursday then 25 minutes straight on Saturday.

Well done on completing one of the best runs in the program!Take your time with week 6 runs 1 and 2 as they often catch people out with going back to intervals.
