Week 7 in is the books!!!

Woohoo!!!! 6 more runs!!! Honestly, I’m getting a little bit nervous about this 28 minutes! I definitely have trust in the program... but 25 today was about all I could handle!! Definitely going to slow it down bc I have seen my pace pick up a little over this week, which I’m sure accounts for being a little more worn out by the end of the run. Plus our weather is so extremely weird. Cold one day, hot the next... it’s awful!!!

But hey... program has brought me this far! I have faith in it! ;) week 8 here we go!!!!!

You're doing fabulously and almost at the podium. If you feel you are flagging just slow it down to snail pace. You can do this ✅

Absolutely vlmiler😊...trust that those previous runs banked in your legs will carry you through..

Start nice and slow, save something for the end😊x

Good luck...

Yes I think that’s the key. Especially today since I hadn’t run since Monday I started out too fast!

Very well done.. enjoy the longer runs.. relax and let your legs just take you gently forward!

I’m a whole week behind you now but keeping pace with you. My first 25 mins at end of week 6 is done so hoping to crack on with week 7 soon. Still in South of Spain so weather hot!

Well done, you're doing brilliantly..!!

Those 25 minute runs will have settled you in nicely for that slight increase in week 8.

'Sloth' it right down if necessary. You can do this..!! 🤗
