Week 6 plus an extra 5 in the bag & completed the Dozz-ville Challenge

Today, I completed W6 and added an extra 5 minutes to the 25 min run. It felt great and I didn't need to use my inhaler once.

Yesterday I decided to do the 30 min bike ride. So I loaded the bike on the car rack and drove out to one of our trails and road the mountain trail...15 minutes out I turned around an road back to the car park. It was quite a lovely ride down a tree-lined trail. Then, I loaded the bike back on the rack and drove over to my friend's swimming pool and swam laps for another 30 minutes. There were neighbor kids in the pool but they stayed out of the way...they were my timers and let me know when my time was up. They all gave me a big cheer and then asked if the could race me, so we did 1 complete lap.

The best part of today was when my guardian running angel, Laura, declared me a RUNNER!
