Just finished Week 5... having got to Week 8 in 2019 and Week 7 in 2021, before unexpected events knocked me of course. This time, am taking it even more slow and steady and did Week 2 twice and also Week 3 twice. Seems to make a big difference, as feeling strong 😊 and positive about Week 6. Fingers crossed I get to Week 9 this time.

Good work Paws! Glad you've found a good way to progress, just goes to show how we can adapt the program to make it work for us. (Disclaimer, that doesn't mean skipping a week or two when it's our first time through!!)
