Over the last year or so I've tried to do Couch to 5k twice and have always got to week 2 and not gone any further. This time round, spurred by my impending 40th birthday I've managed to get to Week 3 and completed it! I feel on top of the world. This is the first time since my school days that I have run for 3 minutes in a row! Bring on Week 4!
