Just finished Wk9 again nearly two years after pulling my achilles after getting to 10K too quickly. Now I am 70 it makes me feel even better although I am slower than 3 years ago when I last did this. The wife says I stop when I reach 5K but how will she know .......

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 of C25K again, if you do wish to continue running up to 10K that's up to you, not your wife, run at least 6/30 minute consolidation runs, after that if you want to run a 10K do Ju Ju's Magic 10 plan, it's not a app like C25K but a training course a little like C25K, take all the runs slowly to avoid pulling your achilles again.
