Hello
I decided to redo ct5k, last time was over six years ago.
I need to get fit again as I gave up smoking twenty-five weeks ago.
I have just completed w1 day 2.

Congratulations Hippy123 on completing run 2 of week 1, also, well done on stopping smoking for 25 weeks, almost 6 months, think of the money you have saved over those months. 😊
I still get days where I really want a cigarette but I will not smoke. My mum gave up in 1992 around this time. So if mum can do it so can I
Of course you can do it, saves money, better health as well, good luck for your C25K journey.
Well done on getting back on the horse Hippy123. I’m also a returner and I thought I’d could never do it again but I’m back to running for 25 mins. Go you!!!! 👍🏻👏🏻
Great for running again and brilliant you've stopped smoking this will help your breathing a lot while running good luck. 😊
Well done - you will smash it now you have stopped smoking!!! 💪🏼
