I completed W9R3 yesterday🙌🏻
I actually can’t believe that from week 1 thinking I can’t even manage to keep going for 60 seconds I can now do a slow jog for 30 minutes without stopping.
Amazed!!
So grateful for the program, app & advice received.

Very well done - you've got the running bug now and it's a GAME CHANGER.
All the best as you continue the journey 🏃♂️
Take care, stay safe & God bless.
Great job… well done you. 4 more runs for me,,, but loving everyone.
Very well done to you x 🎉 🏃♂️ 🎉
Congratulations on completing C25K!
Ah fab! Congratulations! What you going to do keep going?
I completed C25k with a local jogging group so we have now moved on to 3x 30 minute runs per week still with 5 min warmup/cooldown walks. We are gradually extending distance and will move from this to a sedate 5k group or a steady 5k group depending on our pace. I’m rather sloth like so will be moving to the sedate 5k 🤣
Oh well done. Its posts like this that I find most helpful. I am still at the repeating W1 stage until I can do all 8 x 1 min runs. I cant give up because I promised my 5 year old grandson that I would run a parkrun with him next time I visit - which is probably early December. How long did it take you to complete the whole thing? Did you have to repeat any of the weeks? I know I am getting better but I am a long way off getting to week 2 and I am starting to worry a bit
