so been a lil busy n havent had time to post but have completed w1r1 n w2r1 feeling amazing over a lil touch of a cough i had wasnt a major n back fighting fit now looking fwd to w2r2 tomorrow im actually a lil amazed im finding this alot smoother thaan first time round i got to week 6 bout 6 months ago n got quite sick then lacked motivation to get going again it takes time for me to build up into doing things like c25k took 2 months of it nagging at the corner of my brain to say why not you enjoyed it the first time hahaha anyway
question ? how long do you retain residual fitness from this like last time i did it was 6 months ago n i feel this is going smoother the 2nd because of my progress from 6 months ago
