Hi. I’ve only just found my way to this group. I’m loving some of the stories and tips. I’m new to running and have worked my way through ct5k over the last few weeks. After feeling like I would never complete week 1, I’m about to Graduate, thanks to the wonderful Laura and a bit of grit and determination! I doubt I’ll ever win a race but the fact I can run for 30 mins without dying is an achievement in itself.
