WK 5 run 3...... Smashed it! So proud of myself. I never dreamt I could run before I started this programme, let a lone run for 20 minutes non stop. Believe in you, this programme does work.

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran πŸƒ 😊

I don't understand why you go back to running and walking when you've ran for 20 minutes non stop?

Trust the program, take runs 1 and 2 of week 6 especially slow and steady, that way no problems whatsoever. 😊 πŸƒ

Did slow it down and that has relieved my knee and ankle aches.

Floating at the moment. I'm nearly 56 yrs and so amazed I did it. This forum has helped me, it's great to hear from people who are all trying to get to that 5k run.
