Week 9 Run3 completed πWeather was not great ,just a bit wet and muddy again , Laura said "run" , I jogged steady and when Laura said "stop, well done " , I was elated as I knew I had completed like so many before me, the c25k programme . I really enjoyed it and am grateful to my sister for recommending it to me , sisters aye lol π To anyone who asks about c25k I will deffo say go for it , as its so good for health , both physical and mental .
A big thanks to all who posted on here and advised along the way , I wish you all successes with your personal goals and keep on running always, stay strong and safe π π π

Congratulations on completing C25K Iceland1974 ! However I definitely agree with Instructor57 and very much hope this is the start of your running journey, not the end.
I only did C25K because a friend did and I didn't want to be outdone. The rest is in my profile! (Though I have to say I've gone backwards since, mostly owing to injuries and crazy weather. )
and of course, a really popular move is to run towards 10K with the Magic Plan, out together by ju-ju-
It is a great idea to get those consolidation runs in first though, as Instructor57 suggests. Those new running legs need time to get used to all their new activities ..Huge well done!
