Just completed week 9 run 3 - never posted here before but wanted to give a big thanks to the designers, developers and producers of the couch to 5k programme
At a time when it is easy, and apparently trendy, to criticise any large organization it is worth bearing in mind that a group of relatively anonymous NHS professionals probably fought for c25k - and I am confident there would have been many obstacles and many people who "knew better" and said it wouldn't work.
Worked for me - so - Thanks NHS

There is so much that goes on behind the scenes and this programme, and the forum rely on the unseen volunteers.
On this forum, in the Admin Team, we are all volunteers, not employed by the NHS... and are led by Realfoodieclub who has fought and won, many, many battles for us... she, like the rest of the Admin Team gives her time, ( much more than most of us), selflessly and freely. ( Often above and beyond the call of duty..)
It is worth it though, every single time we see someone attain their goal
Aw bless you Floss you are making me blush, we are a Great team, each and every one of us. Xxx
Laura brought the C25K to the uk and to the NHS and worked on designing and building the first podcasts for the NHS before Public Health for England (One You) took it over.
