what an absolutely fabulous day its been , shame i had to work for most of it but when i got home i was gonna waste no time and hit the roads for my week 2 2nd run. after doing a few on the treadmill i see where some people coming from , it was a bit more difficult out on the roads , i am gonna try and do as many as i can on the roads i have found a route that takes me just about to my door and bk in the right time lol way to go me!!! so come on guys get on your runnng shoes and keep up. we can do this together
